Prepare to Consign
Wash & Inspect ALL our items
Freshly Laundered & free from pet hair and all odors.
Free from pilling, fading or discoloration
Inspect for stains, missing buttons or broken zippers.
No writing on clothing tags, or Tags Cut out are not accepted
All items must be folded and free from excessive wrinkles.
Items must be brought in a structured container
NO trash bags
Baby/Toddlers clothing sell better in sets/please group together
Shoes cleaned and free from dust bunnies, clean soles
**NON CLOTHING ITEMS**
Items must include ALL parts and pieces.
Batteries must be included if needed.
Items MUST be cleaned and free of dirt. BOOKS - no writing or torn pages
How to Consign
*Consignment during open hours -No appointment*
Bring in your BEST 30 items or less (we will only go through 30 items)
Look Below for our Current Consignment Season
Staff will go through items while you shop.
No Thank You items will be returned back to you at this time.
** The Exchange accepts items on space availability, style & condition.
Consignment Structure
The Consignee will receive 40% of net sales.
The Exchange will consign items for 90 days.
On day 30 items will be reduced by 10%, day 60 items reduced by 20%.
After 90 days the consignment contract is no longer in effect.
Consignee will have 10 days before to end of contract to retrieve their items.
You are responsible for retrieving your items.
You are welcome to come in during shop hours, staff will print a list of your items that have not sold. You will be responsible for finding you items on the shop floor.
No appointment or prior notification needed.
If items are not retrieved within 90 days, consignments will become property of the shop
How Do I Get Paid $
Consignee can use profits as store credit at any time.
Cash out profits 1 time per month.
Consignee is responsible for retrieving their profits.
Request a check to be mailed, $1 will be deducted from your account.
